When you are ready to ship, pack you shipment properly and share us with the consignee / Delivery address. The address should be in detailed and should contain the Name, Address with PIN code and Phone Number and alternative Phone Number if any. Our delivery process is 100% OTP verified. So your provided phone number should be active and have SMS receive option available. The delivery partner will call you before they deliver your product and ask for the shared OTP.
Share your pickup address! We will arrange the pickup on the same day from your doorstep. The Pickup boy will call you to arrange the time to get the shipment picked up by scanning the bar code. Once Picked up your shipment status become in transit and if you track you will get the estimated delivery date.
We will share the bill of your manifested shipments either on same day, a weekly basic over your preferred communication medium such as WhatsApp or Email. You can check and pay the bill through UPI or Net Banking conveniently.
For lost products we share certain amount of refund immediately upon the bill shared based on the terms & condition. For damaged shipment we refund 100% of the product cost, but opening video is must in case of claiming damaged shipment.
